New Delhi, 10th December 2025: Dominant performances continued on day 3 of the DC School Cup with teams showcasing strong all-round displays. Shaurya Mendiratta spearheaded Laxman Public School’s bowling attack with a spectacular 4/6, while Golu Dangi’s blistering 85 anchored American Edu Global School’s batting effort.

In the opening match, Laxman Public School delivered a commanding performance against GD Goenka Vasant Vihar. Opting to bowl first on a fresh pitch, Laxman Public School’s bowlers exploited the conditions, skittling GD Goenka for just 62 runs. Shaurya Mendiratta led the bowling charge with 4 wickets for 6 runs, supported by skipper Aryan Kapoor and Ruvik Malhotra who took 2 wickets apiece. Chasing the modest target, Laxman Public School achieved victory comfortably in 6.5 overs without losing any wickets, with Ruvik Malhotra top scoring with a quickfire 45 off 23 balls.

In the second match, American Edu Global School posted a total of 169 after opener Golu Dangi blazed an aggressive 85 off 44 balls, supported by Ansh Chaudhary’s steady 55 off 50. Although Vansh Arora’s 3/28 provided crucial breakthroughs for St. Mark’s School to restrict the total, their side’s resistance faltered in the chase. Vansh Arora led the fightback with 59 runs off 43 balls but was unable to prevent a 42-run defeat as Shubh Tomar, Vatsal, and Daksh Kaushik each claimed 2 wickets to bundle St. Mark’s out for 126.

On the fourth day of the tournament (Thursday, 11th December 2025), DPS Vasant Kunj will take on St. Xavier’s High School, Gyan Bharati School will face St. Thomas School, DPS RK Puram meet American Edu Global School, while Salwan Public School clash with Laxman Public School in the day’s final fixture.
