GD Goenka Team conducts Two-Day Residential Annual Admission Counselling Workshop Strengthens Counselling Skills Across GD Goenka Schools

The GDG Team has been conducting this workshop for the last 2 years for all the Admission counselors & Front office executives.

More than a conventional training programme, this workshop is designed to strengthen counselling skills, where every session is thoughtfully curated to enhance communication, deepen understanding of evolving parent expectations, and promote the exchange of best practices across campuses. For two immersive residential days, admission counselors from across the country come together, not as representatives of different schools, but as one collective force representing the GD Goenka legacy.

Recognising the rapidly changing educational landscape, the workshop also equips counselors with practical exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI tools), where participants learn how technology can simplify everyday processes- from communication and content creation to data management, productivity, presentations, and parent engagement- enabling them to work smarter.

The residential format is central to the workshop, thoughtfully planned to ensure the comfort, convenience, and well-being of every participant, creating an environment where learning extends beyond the classroom through meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing, and networking.
