Harshita Jha currently serves as Manager – Collaborations Support, working across partner school operations, with a focus on stakeholder coordination, financial management, admissions, and marketing.

With over six years of experience across academia and research, she has previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at The NorthCap University, Gurugram contributing to teaching, student mentorship, and academic development. She has also served as a Research Fellow at the Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DRDO) and as a Field Investigator with the Longitudinal Aging Study of India at AIIMS, Delhi, contributing to psychological research, assessments, and field-based projects.

She holds degrees from Indraprastha College for Women and Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia.
