Student Achievements

GD Goenka Public School, Mohali, organised a heartfelt celebration under the theme “The Magic Makers” to honour mothers and their invaluable role in shaping young lives. Mothers were welcomed at the reception with a showering of rose petals and wristbands and were thereafter gracefully escorted to the venue. An informative session by a dietician highlighted the importance of health and well-being, adding meaningful value to the occasion.

The formal programme began with a welcome address, followed by a series of delightful performances by students. The LKG children charmed the audience with a cheerful song, while Class I presented a lively French song. Dance performances by UKG and Class II added vibrancy and energy to the celebration, and the Nursery children won hearts with their adorable dance performance. Addressing the gathering, Principal Gurpreet Kaur Prakash appreciated the unconditional love, strength, and dedication of mothers, beautifully linking them to the theme “The Magic Makers”. The celebration continued with refreshments and engaging games, providing mothers with an opportunity to relax, bond, and enjoy special moments.
